Your Personal Real Estate Agent

Tom Pan is a multi award winning REALTOR® who is a Medallion Club member (Top 10% in transactions) serving the Lower Mainland. Going on his 10th year in residential real estate, one thing has never changed for Tom: passion. Whether it’s helping a buyer find their dream home, or helping a seller profit by selling their property, Tom’s unwavering passion for helping clients achieve their goals has enabled him to work tirelessly and consistently. Every purchase, listing, or relocation, no matter the transaction size, is always approached with the same 100% effort and priority. Navigating one of the toughest real estate environments in the world in Greater Vancouver is a daunting and stressful task, and Tom does not take your trust lightly!

Outside the workplace, Tom is a dedicated husband and father (girl and a Shiba Inu). He is a graduate of the University of British Columbia with a BSc degree. He grew up in North Vancouver but has also lived in Burnaby. He likes to act the part of a chef when he can, as well as spend the majority of time and money on home improvement projects and real estate investment projects.
